As the Co-Owner and Operations Manager, Lindsey is the driving force behind our ability to provide our clients with exceptional value. She collaborates closely with our trusted distributors and installation partners to ensure the seamless production of each project. She is dedicated to ensuring your confidence in every step of the project.
I cherish spending quality time with my family. My husband Nathan and I are proud parents of twin daughters, Madison and Emma, and our son, Brody. We're also lucky to share our home with our beloved miniature dachshund, Lola.

As the Co-Owner and Customer Success Specialist, Jamie uses his wealth of experience collaborating closely with clients to ensuring their vision is not only realized but exceeded. Jamie and his wife Tiffany have (a lot of kids). He enjoys camping and attending racing events.

As the Co-Owner and Chief Builder, Rodo brings his wealth of technical knowledge and hands-on experience to each project. With a strong background in residential construction, he ensures that every renovation project is executed with precision and craftsmanship. Rodo is dedicated to delivering top-quality work, with an emphasis on durability, functionality, and exceeding our customer’s expectations.
Rodo and his wife Taylor just welcomed a little boy (Rudy) into their family. He also manages a small farm where he raises poultry, swine, and cattle.
Meet - Joel Sheets
As the Co-Owner and Lead Designer, Joel is the creative force behind every project we undertake. He is a true visionary, with a keen eye for design and an unwavering commitment to quality. His talent lies in turning your ideas and aspirations into beautiful, functional, and timeless exteriors. Joel personally oversees the design process, ensuring that every detail reflects your unique style and preferences.
Joel and his wife Tori have three little boys : Stone, Miller, and Olson. They love living in Carmel. You can see them at the park or on a family bike ride to mid-town.
